I, Judge Florence Mumba, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 (the "International Tribunal"),
HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an order of the Trial Chamber dated 3 September 2001,
CONSIDERING the changes in the schedule of other cases,
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY VARY the scheduling of the time for the commencement of trial, from Monday 10 September 2001 until Friday 14 September 2001, to the extent that the Trial Chamber will sit from 9.30 a.m., and will also sit in the afternoon. Further orders will follow concerning the scheduling time of the trial in the weeks to follow.
