I, Lal Chand Vohrah, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"), in Chambers,

NOTING the original indictment against Blagoje Simic, Milan Simic, Miroslav Tadic, Stevan Todorovic and Simo Zaric, confirmed by me on 21 July 1995,

NOTING the first amended indictment against Milan Simic, Miroslav Tadic and Simo Zaric, confirmed by me on 25 August 1998,

NOTING the motion of the Prosecutor for leave to amend the original indictment and the first amended indictment, the proposed second amended indictment and the supporting materials, all filed on 19 November 1998,

NOTING the additional supporting materials, filed on 4 December 1998,

PURSUANT to Article 19 of the Statute of the International Tribunal and pursuant to Rules 47 and 50(A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

GRANT the motion for leave to amend the original indictment in respect of Blagoje Simic and Stevan Todorovic and the first amended indictment, and

CONFIRM the second amended indictment in respect of each and every count therein.
