THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the "Prosecution’s Response to Accused’s Objections to Admission of Intercepted Communications" filed by the Prosecution on 31 October 2002,
NOTING the "Amici Curiae’s Observations on Prosecution’s Response to Accused’s Objections to Admission of Intercepted Communications and Confidential Annex A" filed by the amici on 12 November 2002 ("Observations"),
CONSIDERING that it would be helpful and appropriate for the Prosecution to reply to the amici’s Observations,
