THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the Order of the Trial Chamber of 11 December 2002 to the Prosecution that it review the transcript and exhibits of Milan Babić and report back to the Trial Chamber with respect to whether any such material currently under seal should remain under seal,
NOTING the confidential "Prosecution’s Submission on the Release of Closed Session Testimony and Exhibits Under Seal with respect to the Witness Milan Babić”, filed on 12 December 2002 (“Prosecution Submission”), in which the Prosecution identifies several redactions that it believes should be made to the transcript before it is released publicly and recommends public release of all exhibits filed under seal,
CONSIDERING that the redactions recommended by the Prosecution are appropriate,
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence
HEREBY ORDERS the Registrar to release publicly:
