JUDGE RICHARD MAY and JUDGE O-GON KWON, members of Trial Chamber III of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
NOTING that the third member of the Trial Chamber, Judge Patrick Robinson, is required for urgent personal reasons to be absent from the seat of the International Tribunal for a period of two days,
CONSIDERING that the remaining Judges of the Trial Chamber are satisfied that it is in the interests of justice to continue the hearing of the case in the absence of Judge Robinson,
PURSUANT to Rule 15 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDER that the hearing of the case of Prosecutor v. Slobodan Milosevic, Case No. IT-02-54-T, continue in the absence of Judge Patrick Robinson for a further period of two days commencing Wednesday 20 February 2002.
