THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING that the attempt of the parties in this case to come to an agreement under Rule 62 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of this Tribunal has failed until now,
INVITING the parties, nonetheless, to try to come to a consensual solution in this case,
NOTING the paramount value of a consensual solution under the peace-keeping mission of this Tribunal,
RE-EMPHASISING that, therefore, the Trial Chamber remains prepared to assist the parties in any attempts to reach such a consensual solution, if they so want,
NOTING that, for the purposes of a complete trial, a new scheduling order is needed,
HEREBY ORDERS that the parties should adhere to the following schedule:
