THE REFERRAL BENCH of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal");

NOTING the "Decision on Referral of Case under Rule 11 bis" issued by this Chamber on 17 May 2005 ("Decision");

CONSIDERING that the Decision contained typographical errors, such that the last sentence of paragraph 26 and footnote 87 should have read (with the corrections marked in bold):

(Paragraph 26, last sentence)

The inclusion of some non-nationals among the judges of the State Court does not make that court any less a "national court" of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
