I, FAUSTO POCAR, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the "Defence Interlocutory Appeal against the Trial Chamber’s Decision on Jankovic’s Motion for Provisional Release” filed on 27 September 2005 against the “Decision on Jankovic’s Motion for Provisional Release” rendered by the Trial Chamber on 21 September 2005;
NOTING the expiration of the term of Judge Florence Mumba, a member of the Appeals Chamber, effective 16 November 2005;
CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal as set out in document IT/242 issued on 17 November 2005;
HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Mehmet Güney to replace Judge Florence Mumba in the present case;
AND ORDER that the Bench in Prosecutor v. Gojko Jankovic, Case No. IT-96-23/2-AR65.1 shall be composed as follows:
