THE TRIAL CHAMBER

HAVING CONSIDERED the Motion for Protective Measures for Witness "P" filed by the Prosecution on 19 April 1996 and the Partly Confidential Motion to Summon and Protect Witnesses filed by the Defence on the same day

HAVING CONSIDERED the Scheduling Order entered by this Trial Chamber on 14 February 1996

PURSUANT TO RULE 54

HEREBY ORDERS:

(1) the Defence shall file its response to the Motion for Protective Measures for Witness “P” by Wednesday 1 May 1996;

(2) the Prosecution shall file its response to the Partly Confidential Motion to Summon and Protect Witnesses by Wednesday 1 May 1996;

(3) the final pre-trial conference will be held on Friday 3 May 1996 in open session;

(4) the parties, having now exchanged lists of the witnesses they intend to call, are to file those lists with the Trial Chamber by Tuesday 7 May 1996, stating the order in which the witnesses are to be called. The Prosecution shall indicate for each witness, to the extent possible, the count to which each witness will testify and the estimated length of the testimony;

(5) the matter is set down for trial on Tuesday 7 May 1996 at 10 a.m;

(6) subject to further order, the Trial Chamber will sit continuously on Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2.30 to 5.30 p.m.
