THE APPEALS CHAMBER,

NOTING the Cross-Appellant’s Response to Appellant’s Submissions since 9 March 1998 on the Motion for the Presentation of Additional Evidence on Appeals under Rule 115 ("the Cross-Appellant’s Response"), filed on 8th June 1998,

NOTING the Appeals Chamber’s Scheduling Order dated 10th June 1998,

NOTING the Appellant’s Motion of 15th June 1998 for the Extension of Time to File Reply to the Cross-Appellant’s Response,

CONSIDERING the reasons given by the Appellant in that motion for extension of time,

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT the Appellant’s request in the motion for an extension of seven days,

NOTING that the Office of the Prosecutor, having been consulted through the Registry, expresses no objection to this request for extension,

PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY VARIES the Scheduling Order of 10th June 1998 and GRANTS the Appellant’s Motion of 15th June 1998, so that the Appellant shall have till 25th June 1998 to file his reply to the Cross-Appellant’s Response.
