THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Appeals Chamber"),

NOTING the Scheduling Order issued by the Appeals Chamber and filed on 27 July 1999, reaffirmed by the Scheduling Order of the Appeals Chamber filed on 23 August 1999 ("Scheduling Order I") in respect of the filing by the Parties to the appeal (IT-94-1-A) ("Parties") of certain written submissions ("Scheduling Orders");

NOTING that the Parties have filed the written submissions by 25 August 1999 pursuant to the Scheduling Orders;

HEREBY DECIDES to modify Scheduling Order I,

AND ORDERS that:

(1) the Parties be heard on the matter of the sentencing forum for 30 minutes each on Monday 30 August 1999 commencing at 2 pm, with the Office of the Prosecutor to start; and

(2) the hearings In the Matter of Allegations against Prior Counsel (IT-94-1-A-R77) be resumed thereafter at 3:30 pm.
