I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter "the Tribunal"),

PURSUANT to Article 14(3) of the Statute and Rule 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

NOTING the Order of the President dated 18 December 1998 assigning the case IT-95-9-PT, The Prosecutor v. Simic et al, to Trial Chamber III,

NOTING the Order of the President dated 31 March 1999 temporarily assigning Judge David Hunt to Trial Chamber III to hear the case IT-95-9-PT, The Prosecutor v. Simic et al,

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the Tribunal,

CONSIDERING that the decision has been taken to re-establish the initial composition of Trial Chamber III,

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,

ORDER that, in the case IT-95-9-PT, The Prosecutor v. Simic et al, Trial Chamber III shall be composed as follows:
