 2                           [Open session]

 3                           [The accused entered court]

 4                           --- Upon commencing at 2.24 p.m.

5             JUDGE FLUEGGE:  Good afternoon to everybody in the courtroom.

6     Our apologies for the delayed start.  We were occupied by some other

7     matters which had to be resolved first.

8             Before we start with the next witness, I would like to raise one

9     matter.  It has come to the attention of the Chamber that several

10     documents that were admitted through Witness Stefanie Frease on the 10th

11     of September, 2010, are still missing their respective translations.

12     These documents are P814, P388, P862, and P770.

13             Does the Prosecution have any update on the above exhibits?

14             Mr. Vanderpuye.

15                           [Prosecution counsel confer]

16             MR. VANDERPUYE:  Thank you, Mr. President.  Good afternoon to

17     you, Your Honours.  We have been in contact with the Registry regarding

18     these matters and we are in the process of getting translations of the

19     relevant documents.  I would point out that P388 is an entire notebook,

20     which generally we've not translated the entire notebook.  I'll have to

21     go back perhaps and look in the record and see the circumstances under

22     which it was admitted so we can identify the relevant portions to be

23     translated.

24             JUDGE FLUEGGE:  Thank you very much.

25             The Chamber would like to ask the Registry to convert the four

Page 15659

1     documents I mentioned back to the MFI status pending translation, and

2     then you may request specific parts of that document to be admitted into

 3     evidence.

4             Lastly, the Chamber suggests dealing with any outstanding matters

5     in relation to those exhibits and any others towards the end of the

6     Prosecution case, at which point the Chamber should and will reserve some

7     time to discuss the pending admission of a number of exhibits during a

 8     housekeeping session.

9             Are there any other matters to be discussed before we hear the

10     witness?  This is not the case.  The next witness will be heard in closed

11     session.  He was granted protective measures.

12             We move into closed session.
