I, Judge David Hunt, Presiding Judge,
NOTING the "Order Designating a Pre-Trial Judge", issued on 3 February 2000 which appointed Judge Fausto Pocar as pre-trial judge;
NOTING that Judge Pocar has been assigned to the Appeals Chamber;
NOTING the "Order of the President Assigning a Judge to a Trial Chamber" appointing Judge Liu Daqun to Trial Chamber II to replace Judge Pocar;
PURSUANT TO Rule 65 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),
HEREBY ORDER THAT:
(1) Judge Liu Daqun is designated pre-trial Judge.
(2) In addition to the powers of the pre-trial judge under Rule 65 ter, the pre-trial Judge is entrusted with all of the pre-trial functions set forth in Rules 66, 73 and 73 bis and all of the pre-defence functions set forth in Rule 73 ter of the Rules.
