I, Judge David Hunt, Pre-Trial Judge

NOTING that, at the Pre-Trial Conference on 20 July 2001, the defence was directed to file a precise statement identifying the legal issues in the case to which the allegations made in the Defence Pre-Trial Brief of attacks by the Muslims upon the Serb civilian population around the area of Visegrad are relevant;

CONSIDERING that the defence has not yet complied with this direction;

PURSUANT TO Rule 65bis;

HEREBY ORDER:

  1. The defence is to file within 7 days of the date of this Order a precise statement identifying the legal issues in the case to which it claims the allegations of attacks by the Muslims against the Serb civilians made in the Defence Pre-Trial Brief are relevant.
  2. The prosecution is to file within 7 days of the filing by the defence a response to that statement.
