terms of court documents:



I
will run through for you a few of the documents that have become available since
the last proper briefing two weeks ago. To save time, because I know that quite
a few of you are under pressure to file following the first session of Milosevic
this morning, I will provide you with a list of the other documents that you
can obtain on request.

On
24 September 2002 in the Prosecutor v. Krajisnik and Plavsic, we received the
"Krajisnik Defense Response to Order Accepting Third Party Submission
and Ordering Further Filings
".

On
27 September 2002 in the Prosecutor v. Krajisnik and Plavsic, we received the
"Prosecution’s Further Submissions Concerning Krajisnik’s Renewed Motion
for Provisional Release
".

On
2 October 2002 in the Prosecutor v. Krajisnik and Plavsic, we received a "Motion
for Leave to File a Reply to Prosecution’s Response to Order Dated September
18, 2002.
"

Also
on 2 October 2002 in the same case, we received the "Motion for Order
Directing the Prosecution to Forthwith Elect as to a Witness and if so Make
Available on Confidential Basis Any Written Plea Agreement Made With the Witness
".

On
3 October 2002 in the Prosecution v. Kvocka, Kos, Radic, Zigic and Prcac, we
received the "Decision on Zoran Zigic’s Motion for Translation of Documents
Pertaining to His Appeal
", from the Pre-Appeal Judge, Judge Hunt.

Also
on 3 October 2002 in the Prosecutor v. Brdanin and Talic, we received the "Decision
on ‘Request for Certification to Appeal Against the Decision to Separate Trials’
and on ‘Motion to Extend Time-Limit for Filing Brief in Support of Request for
Certification to Appeal
’".

On
4 October 2002, in the Prosecutor v. Krajisnik and Plavsic, we received the
"Prosecution’s Response to Krajisnik’s Motion for an Evidentiary Hearing
and for Issuance of Subpoenas
".

On
8 October 2002 in the Prosecutor v. Krajisnik and Plavsic, we received the "Prosecution’s
Response to Krajisnik’s Motion for an Order Directing the Prosecution to Forthwith
Elect as to a Witness and if so Make Available on a Confidential Basis and Written
Plea Agreement Made with the Witness
".

And, this morning, 9 October 2002, in the Prosecutor v. Mrksic, we received
the Appeals Chamber "Decision on Appeal Against Refusal to Grant Provisional
Release
". The Appeals Chamber dismissed the appeal.



In
terms of the court schedule:

On
1 October 2002 in the Prosecutor v. Halilovic, we received a Scheduling Order
ordering that "the defence pre-trial brief shall be filed by the Defence
on or before Monday, 23 December 2002
", and that "a Status
Conference be scheduled for 3 p.m. on Tuesday, 29 October 2002
."

On
2 October 2002 in the Prosecutor v. Ojdanic and Sainovic, we received a Scheduling
Order setting a Status Conference for 3 p.m. on Wednesday 16 October.
