Judge Robinson and Judge Kwon Elected as President and Vice-President of the Tribunal

Judge Patrick Robinson (Jamaica) and Judge O-Gon Kwon (South Korea) were today elected as President and Vice-President of the Tribunal by the permanent judges in an Extraordinary Plenary Session. The appointments are effective 17 November 2008.
