Registry and Chambers:

In the trial of Milan Martic, the Prosecution case has entered into its last week. Acoording to a scheduling order issued late last week, the Prosecution evidence will conclude at the latest on Tuesday 20 June. The Defence opening statement has been scheduled for Friday 7 July, with the presentation of Defence evidence starting on Monday 10 July. In the meantime, and if this is deemed appropriate by the Trial Chamber, an Oral Judgement pursuant to Rule 98bis will be delivered on 28 June.With regard to the schedule of proceedings for the days to come, I would like to point out that a status conference is scheduled this afternoon for Momcilo Perisic at 17:00 in courtroom I. The accused is on provisional release. Next Tuesday there will be a status conference for Mico Stanisic at 18:00 in courtroom I. The accused is on provisional release.

The Vukovar trial of former Yugoslav Army high-ranking officers Mile Mrkšić, Miroslav Radić and Veselin Šljivančanin, will continue this and next week in courtroom I. Tomorrow it will sit from 9:30 to 16:30, on Friday from 9:00 to 13:45. Next week it will sit Monday from 12:30, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 to 16:30 and on Friday from 9:30 to 13:45.

The trial of Momcilo Krajisnik continues for the rest of this week at 9:00 in courtroom II. Next week the proceedings will continue Monday through Thursday in the same courtroom at 14:15 and Friday in courtroom III at 9:00.

The trial of Milan Martic will continue for the rest of the week at 14:15 in courtroom II. Next week the proceedings will continue Monday through Wednesday in the same courtroom at 9:00.

The proceedings against the six accused in the Prlic et al. case Jadranko Prlic, Bruno Stojic, Slobodan Praljak, Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic, former high-ranking political and military officials of the then Herceg-Bosna wil continue tomorrow at 9:00 sitting in courtroom III. Next week the case will sit Monday at 14:15 and Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:00 to 17:15. The trial will continue on Thursday at 9:00 to 13:45.
