is alleged, under Article 7(1) of the Statute, for planning, instigating,
                ordering and committing the crimes

The full text of the Judgement will be available to you after this
              briefing.

With regard to the rest of the court schedule and in addition
              to the ongoing trials:

Yesterday we received a Scheduling Order postponing the Status
Conference in The Prosecutor v. Halilovic that was due to
be held today to a date and time to be fixed.

There will be a status conference in The Prosecutor v. Momir
Nikolic before the Pre-Appeal Judge, Judge Guney, tomorrow,
              8 April starting at 3 p.m. in Courtroom I.

The Closing Arguments in The Prosecutor v. Radoslav Brdjanin will
now be held from 19 to 22 April 2004 instead of 20 to 23 April as
              previously announced.

Office of the Prosecutor:

Jean-Daniel Ruch, Special Advisor to the Prosecutor
              made the following statement:

The Prosecutor will be in Paris today where she will meet with
Defence Minister Michele Alliot-Marie and other senior officials
at the French Foreign Ministry. It is a regular working visit.

Questions

A journalist asked whether the Tribunal could confirm that the
Scottish Judge Lord Bonomy had been appointed as a replacement Judge
Landale replied that he could not comment since the process was
for the United Nations Secretary-General to appoint a replacement
Judge and that at this point he was not aware of any appointment
              being made.

The Journalist then asked whether Lord Bonomy was one of the Judges
who had been put forward by the British Government. Landale suggested
the journalist direct her question to the British authorities.

Asked about a secret visit of Carla Del Ponte to Sarajevo yesterday,
Ruch replied that it was not a "secret" visit but a working
visit and that the Prosecutor had met with the SFOR commander. He
added that he could not comment on the contents of the discussions.
