Nerma Jelačić, Spokesperson for Registry and Chambers, made the following statement:

I’ll pass directly to the courtroom schedule:

The trial of Vojislav Šešelj has been adjourned until further notice, pending checks on the health status of the remaining four Chamber witnesses.

In the case of Gotovina and others, the third of the expected seven Chamber witnesses will testify this Friday, 19 March in Courtroom I.

In the case of Prlić and others, Milivoj Petković’s defence case concluded last Thursday, 11 March. Valentin Ćorić’s Defence case started on this same day and will be followed by the last remaining Defence case of Berislav Pušić.

Proceedings in the trials of Momčilo Perišić, Zdravko Tolimir, Vlastimir Ðorđević as well as Mićo Stanišić and Stojan Župljanin continue this week and next as scheduled.

Olga Kavran, Spokesperson for the Office of the Prosecutor, made no statement.
   
Questions:

A journalist asked what happened to Jelena Rašic, the case manager for the Milan Lukić Defence team and whether charges will be brought against her for contempt of court in view of the plea agreement of Zuhdija Tabaković. Nerma Jelačić responded that it was her understanding that Ms Rašić had stopped working as a case manager on the case. She added that the Tribunal cannot announce in advance potential investigations or possible charges of contempt.
