Landale, Spokesman for Registry and Chambers, made the following statement:
There
is nobody here from the Office of the Prosecutor today. You should have all
received the speech that the President of the Tribunal, Judge Claude Jorda,
gave to the UN General Assembly in New York on Monday. You will also be able
to pick up a copy of the speech he made yesterday to the Security Council after
the Briefing.

In
the Prosecutor v. Slobodan Milosevic:
On
23 October, we received from the Appeals Chamber the "Public Version
of the Confidential Decision on the Interpretation and Application of Rule 70".
Some of you have already received this document.
Then,
on 24 October, we received the "Non-confidential Observations by the
Amici Curiae on the Proposed Exhibit Material to be Tendered by Prosecution
Witness C036 Pursuant to Rule 92bis".
In
the Prosecutor v. Janko Bobetko:
On
25 October, we received the "Republic of Croatia’s Brief in Reply to
Prosecution’s Response to the Request from the Republic of Croatia for Review
of the Judge’s Decision of 17 September 2002 Confirming the Indictment Against
Janko Bobetko and the Orders for his Arrest and Surrender of 20 September 2002".
In
the Prosecutor v. Miroslav Deronjic:
On
25 October, we received the "Decision on Form of the Indictment".
In
the Prosecutor v. Momcilo Krajisnik and Biljana Plavsic:
On
28 October, we received the "Decision on Accused Momcilo Krajisnik’s
Motions to Preclude Use of Rule 63 Statements of the Co-accused Biljana Plavsic
and to Compel the Prosecution to Elect Whether to Apply to Call Her as a Witness".
In
the Prosecutor v. Pasko Ljubicic:
On
29 October, we received the "Prosecution’s Response to Defence Motion
on the Form of the Amended Indictment".
In
the Prosecutor v. Mladen Naletilic and Vinko Martinovic:
On
25 October, we received the "Decision on Accused Naletilic’s Request
for Issuance of Subpoena Duces Tecum Per Rule 54".
In
the Prosecutor v. Milan Martic:
On
25 October, we received the "Prosecution’s Response to Defence Application
for Leave to Appeal Decision on the Motion for Provisional Release".
In
the Prosecutor v. Blagojevic, Obrenovic, Jokic and Nikolic:
On
28 October, we received the "Accused Obrenovic’s Supplemental Response
on the Issue of Provisional Release".
In
the Prosecutor v. Milorad Krnojelac:
On
29 October, we received the "Public Redacted Version of Prosecution
Brief in Reply" and the "Public Redacted Version of Prosecution Respondent’s
Brief".
In
the Prosecutor v. Milomir Stakic:
On
23 October, we received a scheduling order, which you can have a copy of after
this, along with all of the other documents that I have mentioned.
