In the Prosecutor
v. Tihomir Blaskic:
On 24 January,
we received the Appeals Chamber "Decision on Joint Motion of Enver Hadzihasanovic,
Mehmed Alagic and Amir Kubura For Access to All Confidential Material Transcripts
and Exhibits in the Case Prosecutor V. Tihomir Blaskic".
Again on 24 January,
we received the "Public Redacted Version of the Prosecution’s Rebuttal
Evidence and Arguments in Response to Additional Evidence Admitted on Appeal
(Dated 6 January 2003)". This is a lengthy document and so will only
be available on request.

On 22 January
we received the "Prosecution’s Response to Motion by Jokic Defence for

On 22 January,
we received the "Decision on the Defence Application for Withdrawal

On 24 January,
we received the "Appellant’s Grounds of Appeal Against a Decision of
the Trial Chamber Dated 9 October 2002" and the "Appellant’s
Brief on Appeal Against a Decision of the Trial Chamber Dated 9 October 2002".
In the Prosecutor
v. Blagojevic, Obrenovic, Jokic and Nikolic:
On 24 January,
we received the "Second Appeal From the Trial Chamber’s Impugned Decision
on Vidoje Blagojevic’s Application for Provisional Release".
Florence Hartmann,
Spokeswoman for the Office of the Prosecutor, made no statement.
Questions:
In answer to
a journalist’s question as to whether there was any further information on
the state of General Bobetko’s health and on any decisions to be taken, Landale
answered in the negative, adding that as soon as there was new information,
the media would be informed.
Similarly,
another journalist asked if there was any information on Plavsic and again
Landale answered in the negative adding that once there was any information,
this would be disseminated in the form of a press briefing or advisory.
