 Good afternoon,  
 I would first like to draw yourattention to the decision rendered by the Appeals
 Chamber on 29 August and which we received yesterday
 afternoon dismissing Kosta Bulatovic’s interlocutory
 appeal of his conviction of contempt of the Tribunal.
 
 	You will recall that after hisrefusal to testify in the Milosevic trial in the
 absence of the accused and following a contempt hearing,
 Bulatovic was found in contempt of the Tribunal on
 6 May 2005 and sentenced to four months imprisonment,
 to be suspended for two years on grounds of the Appellant’s
 serious health problems. The full text of the decision
 is available on request.
 
 You should have received all ofthe materials that we put out with regard to the
 Appeals judgement in the Miodrag Jokic case. We have
 further copies of the judgement and the summary read
 out in court for any of you who did not receive them
 yesterday.
 
 There will be an additional hearingin the Halilovic case this afternoon, starting at
 3 p.m. in Courtroom III.
 
 Next week the Milosevic trial willrun from Monday to Wednesday. The session on Monday
 will run from 2.15 p.m. to 7 p.m. The sessions on
 Tuesday and Wednesday will be, as usual, from 9 a.m.
 to 1.45 p.m.

 6 September at 2.15 p.m. in Courtroom I; in The
