Zuhdija Tabaković Contempt of Court Initial Appearance on 22 December

The Initial Appearance in the contempt of court case of Zuhdija Tabaković has been scheduled for Tuesday 22 December 2009 at 14:15 in Courtroom I before duty Judge Delvoie.
       
The Indictment against Tabaković was filed confidentially on 30 October 2009 and confirmed on 17 November 2009. The Indictment, which remains confidential, involves allegations of contempt of the Tribunal and is attached to the case against Milan and Sredoje Lukić.

Tabaković was transferred to the seat of the Tribunal on 18 December 2009 and detained on remand until further order.
