Aleksovski case: accused's initial appearance postponed for one hour until 4 p.m. today

The initial appearance of the Zlatko ALEKSOVSKI, one of the accused named in the indictment "Kordic and Others" ("Lasva Valley area"), issued by the Tribunal on 10 November 1995, has been postponed for one hour, until 4 p.m. today to facilitate his Defence Counsel who is arriving this afternoon. The one-hour delay will enable Mr. Goran Mikulicic to make prior contact with his client.

At 4 p.m., he will appear before Trial Chamber I, presided over by Judge Claude JORDA, when he will be invited to enter a plea.
