AMENDMENTS TO RULES OF PROCEDURE AND EVIDENCE AND DIRECTIVE ON ASSIGNMENT OF DEFENCE COUNSEL

Please be advised that during the Plenary Session held on 28 July 2004, the Judges amended the Rules of Procedure and Evidence and adopted a revised Directive on the Assignment of Defence Counsel.

Both these documents can be found in English and French on the ICTY web site www.un.org/icty under the heading Basic Legal Documents. Hard copies in both languages can also be obtained from the Public Information Office.
