Erdemovic case: the judgement will be announced on 29 November.
Trial Chamber I, presided over by Judge Claude JORDA, will hand down its judgement on Friday 29 November at 11 a.m.
Under the provisions of Rule 101(D) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, "the sentence shall be pronounced in public and in the presence" of the accused.
