Registry and Chambers:


Jim Landale, Spokesman for Registry and Chambers,
made the following statement:


Good afternoon,


You should have seen the press releases we put
out yesterday on the Plea Agreement in The Prosecutor
v. Miroslav Bralo
, and the provisional release
decisions for Mico Stanisic, Radivoje Miletic and
Milan Gvero.


I would also like to remind you that the Appeals
Judgement in The Prosecutor v. Miroslav Deronjic will
be rendered this afternoon at 2.15 p.m. in Courtroom
I.


Furthermore, there will be a hearing in The Prosecutor
v. Mejakic, Gruban, Fustar and Knezevic
this
afternoon, 20 July 2005 at 2.30 p.m. in Courtroom
III in the presence of all the accused and their
defence counsel, in order for the Referral Bench
to deliver its Decision on the Prosecution's Motion
for referral.


You will recall that there are currently five Prosecution
motions for referral before the Referral Bench. Two
motions were granted and the cases referred to Bosnia
and Herzegovina, one motion was denied and one motion
has been withdrawn.


A status conference has been scheduled in The
Prosecutor v. Vujadin Popovic
on Friday at
9.30 a.m. in Courtroom I.


This is the last press briefing before the summer
recess. We plan to hold the next briefing on Wednesday
17 August, unless events dictate otherwise. The Media
Office will be open and in operation throughout the
recess period, so please do not hesitate to contact
us if you need our assistance.


The list of documents will be distributed slightly
later today.


Office of the Prosecutor:


Florence Hartmann, Spokesperson for the Office of
the Prosecutor, made the following statement:


I would also like to remind you that during the
summer recess the Office of the Prosecutor will not
close its doors. Ten fugitives are still at large,
in fact on 24 July 2005 it will have been 10 years
since the first indictment against Ratko Mladic & Radovan
Karadzic was issued. Gotovina is also still at large.
