Indictment Unsealed in the Case the Prosecutor v. Nebojsa Pavkovic Vladimir Lazarevic, Vlastimir Djordjevic and Sreten Lukic

Please be advised that, today Monday 20 October 2003, an Order was signed by Judge Kwon lifting the Confidentiality Order on the Indictment against Nebojsa Pavkovic, Vladimir Lazarevic, Vlastimir Djordjevic and Sreten Lukic, which was confirmed on 2 October 2003. The full text of the Indictment can be found on the ICTY website: www.un.org/icty. Hard copies of the Indictment can also be requested from the Public Information Services of the ICTY.
