The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Ilinka Mitreva, today visited ICTY indictee Ljube Boskoski in the UN Detention Unit.


Boskoski, former Minister of the Interior of FYROM, is charged with command responsibility for the attack on the village of Ljuboten in FYROM in August 2001. During this attack seven Albanian men died and over 100 more were detained and subjected to severe pain or suffering by beating, humiliation, harassment and psychological abuse.
