The closed hearing on a motion to modify the conditions of detention will resume on Wednesday 17 January

At the end of the closed hearing on the Motion to modify the conditions of detention of Bijlana Plavsic held on Thursday 11 January (see press release 553), the President, Judge Claude Jorda, decided that the hearing would resume on Wednesday 17 January at 10 a.m.

This hearing will also continue in closed session.

All interested parties were heard on 11 January, namely the accused and her Counsel, the Prosecutor, the Registry and the Host-country. They will all be present on Wednesday 17 January.
