THE PROSECUTOR V. KORDIC AND CERKEZ
 APPEALS HEARINGS SCHEDULED




Please be informed that the Appeals Hearings in The Prosecutor v. Dario Kordic and Mario Cerkez have been scheduled to take place on Monday 17 May 2004 to Wednesday 19 May 2004 (with Thursday 20 May as an extra day if needed) from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 14.00 p.m. to 19.00 p.m. in Courtroom III before the Appeals Chamber consisting of Judge Schomburg, Presiding, Judge
Pocar, Judge Mumba, Judge Güney and Judge Weinberg de Roca.
