Start of Prosecution’s evidence in the Mladić trial suspended until further notice

 Ratko Mladić

Today, Trial Chamber I suspended the start of presentation of the Prosecution’s evidence in the case of Ratko Mladić until further notice. The decision was made following submissions by the Defence and the Prosecution with regards to the disclosure of evidentiary material.

The Chamber’s full decision and reasoning will be made public in due course.
