Tadic case: update, Appeals Judges assigned.
In a Order of 16 June 1997, President Antonio Cassese assigned the following Judges to sit on the Appeals Chamber for the purpose of hearing the appeals lodged by the Prosecutor and the Accused against the "Judgment and Opinion" handed down by Trial Chamber II on 7 May 1997:

- Judge Fouad Riad
- Judge Saad Saood Jan
- Judge Mohamed Shahabuddeen
