Tribunal President at OSCE Conference on Strengthening the Rule of Law
The Tribunal’s President, Judge Patrick Robinson delivered the key-note speech today at the annual Human Dimension Seminar organized by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
The President spoke at the three-day event in Warsaw about the Tribunal’s role in strengthening the rule of law in the former Yugoslavia and the importance of the independence of the judiciary.
