Good afternoon,

You should have seen the press releases we put
out yesterday on the Plea Agreement in The Prosecutor
v. Miroslav Bralo
, and the provisional release
decisions for Mico Stanisic, Radivoje Miletic and
Milan Gvero.

I would also like to remind you that the Appeals

be rendered this afternoon at 2.15 p.m. in Courtroom
I.

Furthermore, there will be a hearing in The Prosecutor

defence counsel, in order for the Referral Bench
to deliver its Decision on the Prosecution's Motion

You will recall that there are currently five Prosecution

17 August, unless events dictate otherwise. The Media

I would also like to remind you that during the
summer recess the Office of the Prosecutor will not
close its doors. Ten fugitives are still at large,
in fact on 24 July 2005 it will have been 10 years
since the first indictment against Ratko Mladic & Radovan
Karadzic was issued. Gotovina is also still at large.

No Questions.
